Free 30 Minute Consultation
All support starts with a free 30-minute consultation, which takes place before any session is booked to ensure the service you choose is appropriate for your needs.
This is an informal, supportive conversation where you can explain what happened during your maternity care and what you are hoping to understand. After this call, if you wish to proceed we can further discuss the right service for you, fees and other important questions you may have.
During this call, we will:
Talk about your experience and what feels unresolved
Explore how I can support you and whether a maternity records review would be helpful
Discuss what type of appointment would suit your situation
Answer your questions about the process
Talk through fees and booking the most appropriate next step
This call is simply a chance for us to connect, understand what you need, and make sure you are booking the right service for you.

Birth Story Debrief - 90 Minutes
A compassionate, one-to-one space to talk through your pregnancy, birth, or postnatal experience. You are welcome to share your written birth story in advance, so I can read it before we meet and come prepared to support you.
This session is for you if you want to feel heard, make sense of what happened, and ask questions in a calm, supportive setting.
Deep Dive Care Review
A bespoke, expert-level review for families who want a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of their maternity care. This option is designed for complex situations, extensive records, or when there are significant unanswered questions.
Includes:
In-depth review across full maternity records
A detailed written clinical review
A one hour follow-up debrief and Q&A appointment
This is the most comprehensive level of review I offer.
